About Who It's For How It Works The Project Journey Partners Updates Get in Touch

What this policy covers

This policy explains how the MIND+ project website at https://mindplus.one collects, uses and protects personal data. It applies to the public website only. The MIND+ digital toolkit, which is currently in design, will have its own dedicated privacy policy when it launches, written specifically for the school environments and student data it will handle.

MIND+ is an Erasmus+ KA220-SCH Cooperation Partnership co-funded by the European Union. The website is maintained by the project consortium. Questions about this policy, or about any personal data held in connection with the website, can be sent to hello@mindplus.one.

What personal data we collect

The MIND+ website collects personal data in two situations only.

When you use the contact form

The contact form on the homepage asks for your name, email address, the organisation you are connected to (optional), your role, your reason for getting in touch, and your message. Submitting the form sends that information to a project inbox at hello@mindplus.one so the team can read it and reply.

Anonymous website analytics

The website uses Plausible Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how visitors find the site. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. It does not track visitors across websites and does not build personal profiles. Aggregated information such as page views, country, device type and referring site is collected in a form that cannot identify an individual.

No other personal data is collected by the website. The website does not have user accounts, does not send a newsletter, and does not set marketing cookies.

Why we collect this data and on what legal basis

Contact form submissions are processed so the project team can read your message and respond to it. The legal basis is your consent, given freely by choosing to submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with people who write to the project.

Anonymous analytics are processed so the project can understand whether the website is useful and reaches its intended audiences, which is a requirement of EU-funded projects. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating and improving the project's public communication, balanced by the fact that no personal data is collected.

How long we keep this data

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as is needed to handle your message and any reasonable follow-up, and at most for the duration of the MIND+ project plus the post-project archiving period required by the Erasmus+ funding rules (currently five years after the project's closing report). After that, messages are deleted or fully anonymised. You can ask us to delete your message earlier at any time.

Anonymous analytics data is kept by Plausible in aggregated form and is not associated with any individual.

Who processes this data on our behalf

The project uses a small number of trusted services to operate the website. Each is a data processor acting on the project's instructions.

Formspree receives the contact form submission from the website and forwards it as an email to the project inbox. Formspree is operated by Formspree Inc. (United States). Their privacy policy is available at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Zoho Mail hosts the project inbox at hello@mindplus.one, where contact form submissions and any replies are stored. The mailbox is on Zoho's European data centre. Zoho's privacy policy is available at https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html.

Plausible Analytics provides the anonymous website analytics described above. Plausible is operated from the European Union and processes data within the EU. Their privacy policy is available at https://plausible.io/privacy.

Railway hosts the website itself. Railway is operated by Railway Corp. (United States). Their privacy policy is available at https://railway.com/legal/privacy.

Some of these processors are based outside the European Union. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism recognised under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Cookies

The MIND+ website does not set its own cookies. The analytics in use is cookie-free by design. Because the website does not set cookies and does not use any service that requires consent for cookies, the site does not display a cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also object to the processing of your personal data on grounds related to your particular situation, and withdraw any consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@mindplus.one. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the European Union member state in which you live or work.

Links to other websites

The MIND+ website contains links to the websites of project partners, to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), and to other organisations referenced in project updates. Once you follow a link to an external site, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how those websites handle personal data.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the project develops, for example when the digital toolkit launches or when a service used by the website changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent change was made. We will note significant changes in the project's Updates section.
